i have given my PAC code to ID and chose a date, but haven’t had any confirmation email or text, how can i check its in progress?

I have given my PAC code to ID but haven’t received any confirmation email or text, how can I check it’s in progress?

Your best bet is to contact iD Mobile Live Chat via the below link to help with regards to your problem as they will be able to see the details of your transfer:-

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.
