Hi 

I have ID phone number and I would like to purchase. 26 Ultra  with a new sim from ID which I am getting a better deal.  My question was can I transfer this number to my number and cancel this

I do apologise, however if you would like to continue using your current iD Mobile number, you would need to complete this as an upgrade on your existing account.

 

If you take out a brand-new iD Mobile contract with a new SIM, this would come with a new mobile number. Unfortunately, iD Mobile systems do not currently support internal number transfers or internal PAC moves between two iD Mobile accounts.

 

This means you would not be able to move your existing iD Mobile number onto another new iD Mobile contract.

 

If keeping your current number is important, the best option would be to check the upgrade offers available on your account. You can do this through the app or by contacting our Sales Team via Live Chat or on 0800 049 0250, and they’ll be able to review the options available to you.
