i have just purchased a new phone and plan but it didnt allow me to add my pac number how do i do this to enable me to keep my ild number

If your bringing over your number from another network you can login to you IDMobile account and you'll be able to set your detail for your PAC.
BUT if your number is an IDMobile number this is not possible until you port this number onto a different provider and then port it back onto IDMobile.
IDMobile doesn't support IDMobile to IDMobile porting.

Hi thanks for this I’ve moved from EE to ID mobile but logging in it’s asking for my id mobile and then it’s telling me my username and passwords are incorrect! I just wanted a simple new phone and to keep my old number lol
