I have not had my number transfered over

I got to this network this week. I have a new number that I don't want . I would like to have my old number. I had a chat with customer services and the bot 😕 but nothing has changed .

Did you use a PAC code to swap networks?

If so, new SIMs come with a pre-determined number until the swap over / activation has been completed and then your previous number will be shown. You will get a ‘Welcome to iD Mobile’ email to confirm activation.

If you didn’t use a PAC code then your old number will no longer be available.

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

I did use the PAC code but somehow the code was attached to another number that I have with them not the number I bought at the time. I did not know that was a possible

This would only happen if you requested a PAC code whilst using the SIM in your phone that is connected to it (the SIM NOT the phone).
 

Like I have stated, your best option is to contact the Live Chat.
