I haven’t recoeved a sim and my phone isnt connected to the network

Hi,

 

I ordered my phone through Carphone Warehouse and got my PAC code so I could transfer my number and completed that through Carphone Warehouse before completing the order.

 

I got my phone and it didn’t come with a sim or anything for an ESIM so I assumed ID would send a sim separately or an ESIM through email.

 

My previous phone which had my number active on it is now inactive and I haven’t yet received any sort of sim. I now have no access to this number to set up an account for ID on the app.

 

Im not sure what to do now as I haven’t received a sim and have no access to the number that’s being carried over.

 

Can anyone advise ?
