i keep trying to make calls and wont let me

every time i make a call even tho ive got unlimited text n calls i get told ive ran out im up to date on payments so im very confused not the first times it happened

Just to explain, not all calls are included in your monthly allowance. Some numbers are classed as out-of-plan, such as certain service numbers, premium-rate numbers, international numbers and some non-geographic numbers.

 

To make these calls, you'll need to have a bill cap set above £0.00. If your bill cap is set to £0.00, the call may fail to connect even if you have plenty of minutes remaining in your allowance.

 

You can check or change your bill cap by:

  • Logging in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
  • Going to Bills.
  • Selecting Manage Bill Cap.
  • Increasing it to a suitable amount (up to £75.00, depending on your account).

 

If you're unsure whether the number you're trying to call is classed as out-of-plan, let us know the type of number (for example, a landline, service number or international number) as well as tell us the first 6 digits of the number, and we'll be happy to advise.
