Can anyone tell me how to contact ID mobile to let them know that the new sim isn’t working. When I try to login to the App it says it will send a verification code to the mobile number but the number isn’t working as the sim isn’t working. I can’t get any info on how to get a new sim??? The contact box doesn’t show when I try typing a message
