I’m missing important phone calls I’ve reset my phone reset my voicemail but I also do get a text message and then it disappears to say I have a voicemail. Why is this happening?

so I have a voicemail set up on my phone under 123 I have a voice note for people to leave voicemail. 
now the issue is people are leaving me voicemails and my voicemail under 123 tells me there’s no voice note. 

I’ve reset my phone. I’ve reset voicemail nothing’s working

    As you've already tried resetting both your phone and your voicemail, it sounds like the issue may be with the voicemail service itself rather than your handset. We'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat so they can check your voicemail settings on the network and refresh the service if needed.

     

    Hopefully they'll be able to get this resolved for you quickly.
