I need a copy of proof of purchase

    To get a copy of your proof of purchase, please reach out to us via Live Chat, Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Community, or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk. Just include your account details and what you need, and we’ll send it over to you.
    If you originally purchased your phone through Currys, you can also request the proof of purchase directly from them, as they keep the original sales records.
    We’d love to make this as quick and easy as possible for you, so please get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
