However, you can pick up a free replacement SIM from your nearest Currys store, or you can contact our Live Chat team here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, they’ll be able to arrange this for you.

Just a quick note that for security purposes, you’ll need to have a valid form of ID with you (such as a passport or driving licence) when requesting the SIM.
