I need a physical SIM instead of a esim

    As this is a public Community platform, we’re not able to process SIM replacement requests or account changes directly from here.

     

    To get a physical SIM instead of your eSIM, you have two options, either visit any Currys store to collect a replacement SIM, or contact our Live Chat team who can arrange for a SIM to be sent to you: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

     

    Just so you’re aware, for security reasons both options will require additional identity verification before a SIM can be issued. This may include a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your device via text, and in some cases, photo ID such as a passport or driving licence.

     

    Once verified, they’ll be able to get your physical SIM sorted for you.
