I need a replacement e sim but I do not have acess to a sim or phone

Hi, I accidentally deleted my Esim. I tried to request a new Esim through the app but it requires a phone number. My current phone number is no longer working since my previous carrier has been cancelled and this number has been transferred over to ID mobile. Can you please help me?
