I need my sim activation codes but I don’t have the original email. It is a physical sim, and I can’t find the details to set it up on my new phone?

Hi @Jim0.

Thank you for your post.

The easiest way to get your SIM set up on your new phone is to use our SIM setup page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/yoursim.

Follow the steps there with your mobile number and the details from your SIM pack.

If you no longer have the SIM pack or the page doesn’t recognize your SIM, please get in touch with our support team https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat and they can assist you with having it activated.

Thanks,
