I need to activate a new sim and keep my old number

Hello, I’ve just replaced a lost sym. I need to activate it but keep my old number. Can you assist?

Thank you for getting in touch. I can certainly help with activating your replacement SIM while keeping your existing number.

You can activate your replacement SIM using the iD Mobile app by following the steps below:

Log in to the iD Mobile app
Go to the Plan tab
Select Your SIM / eSIM
Tap Activate a replacement physical SIM
Enter the 19-digit number found on the SIM card holder
Select Activate

Once submitted, activation usually completes within around one hour.

If you’re unable to activate the SIM via the app or need further assistance, please contact our Live Chat team and they’ll be happy to activate the SIM for you.

hello, just change from ee to emobile, physical sim recieved, but its not activated
