I have excellent coverage, but no calls or recieved calls.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with calls.

 

Here are a few quick things to try:

 

For iPhone:

  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off
  • Go to Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers and make sure it’s off
  • Check Settings > General > Software Update and install any updates
  • Reset network settings: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

 

For Android:

  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off
  • Restart your phone
  • Check for software updates in Settings > Software Update
  • Reset network settings (usually under Settings > General Management > Reset)

 

For both:

  • Make sure your bill isn’t overdue, as this can restrict services
  • Try your SIM in another phone (if possible) to rule out a handset issue
