i need to transfer my esim to my new phone but dont know how to do it? pleasr help

You can transfer your eSIM to a new phone either through your iD Mobile account or by contacting our Live Chat team.

To do this through the iD Mobile app:

1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Select SIM and device.
4. Choose the option to replace or change your eSIM.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to request a new eSIM for your new device.
6. Once you've received the new eSIM, install it on your new phone and complete the activation steps.
