I received I SIM card before I put SIM card on how to find out my number

    Hi ​@Mtty,

     

    If you haven't put the SIM card in your phone yet, the mobile number is often printed on the card that the SIM came attached to or included in the paperwork that came with the SIM.

     

    Once you've inserted the SIM, you can usually find the number by:

    • Logging in to the iD Mobile app or online account.
    • Going to Settings > Phone > My Number on an iPhone.
    • Going to Settings > About Phone > SIM Status on most Android devices.

     

    If you're unable to find it, let us know whether you've already inserted the SIM, and we'll point you in the right direction.
