    Hi @naadiaas,

I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your mobile number. Please try the steps below, depending on the type of phone you have:

    For Android:

    • Open Settings
    • Tap General Management
    • Tap Reset
    • Select Reset network settings

    For iPhone:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Phone
    • Tap My Number
    • Delete the old number
    • Enter the new number
    • Tap Save

Then follow these steps to refresh iMessage:

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Tap Messages
    3. Turn iMessage OFF
    4. Go to Settings > General
    5. Tap Reset
    6. Choose Reset Network Settings
    7. Once your iPhone restarts, go back to Settings
    8. Tap Messages
    9. Turn iMessage ON again

Your iPhone should now recognise the new SIM and verify your number.

When did your previous networks SIM stop working?Have you tried all the workday stuff, phone off and on etc? What happens if you call from another phone,ie does it say,"Welcome to the EE/Vodafone/02 voicemail service or suchlike?".

I switched yesterday, so my previous network stopped yesterday afternoon, and I received the email to say the switch was successful last night, but not the text. Yeah, I’ve restarted twice. When someone calls me it goes straight to answerphone but I don’t get any notification. Then when I call out, it doesn’t even ring

Are you getting a signal?ID with 4G or 5G? If so, try dialling ##21# and pressing call, then dialling your number from another phone.. You could try resetting network settings too. I personally would get onto ID on 0333 003 7777,or Live Chat . I don't work for ID, just a Community user like yourself.
