I've received my Google pixel 11 but the protective case hasn't arrived when will I be getting it?

If your phone case was part of the Pixel Accessory Bundle offer, it won't be delivered automatically. You'll need to submit a claim directly with Google.

To qualify:

Purchase a Google Pixel 11 from iD Mobile on a 24-month contract between 02/09/2026 and 23/09/2026.
Submit your claim between 17/09/2026 and 07/11/2026 using the following link: https://reward-promos.com/reward/starterpack/en-GB
Once your claim has been approved, Google will arrange the accessory bundle.

Please note that if the handset is returned, the Pixel Accessory Bundle must also be returned. The offer is non-transferable, with a maximum of 1 claim per eligible purchase and up to 2 claims per household.
