If you’re switching to iD Mobile and need help either through the app or Live Chat, here’s what to do:
📱 Switch using the iD Mobile App
If you already have your SIM:
- Log in to the iD Mobile app
- Go to the “Plan” section
- Tap “Switch to iD” or “Keep my number”
- Enter your details:
PAC code (from your old network, if keeping your number)
Or STAC code (if getting a new number) - Select your switch date and confirm
- Wait for confirmation that your number transfer has started
📌 Your PAC code can be requested by texting PAC to 65075 from your old SIM.
