I want to cancel PAC transfer due tomorrow

Hi, I submitted a PAC code and received notification that transfer will take place tomorrow, however I now want to keep the iD mobile number. According to your help files, by contacting you the day before (up to 6pm) I can cancel the transfer.

The lady on live chat says it's not possible. Please can you advise either way

Hi, the transfer has gone through so too late. Not to worry, it's just that the other number was easier to remember
