I want to change my phone and i am not sure how my e sim will work on the new phone if i reset my old phone?

Hi @Rahatali4,

If you’re changing to a new phone, your existing eSIM won’t automatically transfer across. You’ll need to request a new eSIM for the new handset.

We’d recommend setting up your new phone and requesting the replacement eSIM before resetting your old device, just to make sure everything is transferred and working correctly first.
