My ID App has not worked for weeks. I tried re-starting, looging out and back in, deleting and re-installing. Contacted ID via chat and after a very long time waiting was asked to delete my iphone network settings. That didnt work eiter. Deleted the app and left it several weeks. I have just re-installed and same problem. There is no error message. I can log in but it then just hangs on the first screet with wheel spinning round continuously.

Do you have “Show Borders” enabled in your settings? If so you can turn off “Show Borders” by following these quick steps:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Accessibility.
- Tap Display & Text Size.
- Turn the Show Borders toggle to OFF.
Then the iD Mobile app should work. This is being investigated by Apple and our App team to resolve. Thanks.
