I am so sorry to hear that your number has changed when you wanted to keep the same number you already had. 

 

If you’re referring to a port in, the number you received with your new plan is just a temporary iD Mobile number. Once the port in is completed the number will change to the one you’ve requested to switch to iD Mobile. If you have not requested to port in your existing number yet, we’d be happy to assist you with porting in your number from your previous network provider.
