ID Mobile SIM and Techno Phantom 5 Fold Phone

Hello to you all. I need help here. I just switched to ID Mobile less than 2 months ago. However the SIM card does not work on my Tecno Phantom 5 fold (Indian brand). I have used EE and 3 cards on the phone before and they worked perfectly. With ID Sim card, I am unreachable. When friends calls, it goes into voicemail. Has anyone experienced this before? However if I used the ID mobile SIM card on another phone, Samsung, Infinix, I am reachable. However my Tecno phone is bigger than the smaller phones and I prefer to carry that around which I am unable to do currently

As your iD Mobile SIM works correctly in other handsets, it does suggest that the issue may be related to your Tecno Phantom Fold rather than the SIM itself.

 

Some handsets sold outside the UK may not support all of the network bands used by iD Mobile, which can result in issues such as being unable to receive calls or connect reliably to the network.

 

You can check your device's compatibility with our network here: 

 

 

If your device is shown as compatible but you're still experiencing the issue, please let us know and we'll be happy to investigate further.

Thanks for your prompt response. My phone is not listed on the approved phones likewise the phone the ID mobile SIM is currently in. That is not listed also but it is working perfectly on the brand.

I just want to avoid carrying 2 phones with me as that is what I am currently doing.
