ID SWITCH DATE PICKER ISNT WORKING!!

So frustrating.!! Not sure made the right move coming to ID.!! No humans.! And the BOT well I think I would rather nut a brick wall 🤯 has anyone else found a way around this I’ve had phone few days now have PAC CODE but can’t do the switch as date on the system won’t let you choose a date nor leave it blank WTAF.! Set all new phone up now not resetting it rather leave.! Fuming 😤 Thank you in advance fellow humans 😂

I’m really sorry to hear about the frustration you’re experiencing, I completely understand how annoying this must be.

The PAC code and number transfer issues you’ve mentioned are usually resolved by manually selecting a transfer date in the system. If the system isn’t allowing this, it may be a temporary glitch or browser/device issue. Sometimes trying a different browser, clearing your cache, or using the iD Mobile app can help.
