Im looking to get a new phone if I was to buy it unlocked would I be able to put the sim of my current phone in to the new phone or would it affect my contract?

Hi @NathanDragon19,

Yes, that’s absolutely fine.

If you purchase a new unlocked phone, you can simply remove the physical iD Mobile SIM from your current phone and insert it into the new one, provided the new handset supports the same SIM type.

This won’t affect your existing contract. Your mobile number, plan and allowances will remain the same.
