Imessage isuues on new iphone 16e

I can’t get iMessage to authenticate for love nor money on my new iPhone 16e. I've tried everything advised, and still can’t get to work. Any ideas what else I can do? I've even tried new esim and new physical sim.

    Of course….. I clearly stated that I had tried everything advised…… Never mind, It looks like it’s resolved itself now.
