Incoming Calls Are Immediately Disconnected – Please Help

Hello, I have a problem with my phone number. I can make outgoing calls and use mobile data without any issue, but all incoming calls are immediately disconnected without ringing. I have already tried: Turning off Wi-Fi Calling Using the code ##002# to disable call forwarding Restarting the phone None of these helped. Please check if there is any block or restriction on my account or SIM that could cause this. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi I was in the middle of a very important call and was disconnected twice then my phone has done the same no incoming but still outgoing aparently people have been trying to call me for weeks

Same here but i moved from EE to IdMobile. Whatever they explained makes sense why my phone doest work as EE has issues and as the number was with EE originally then i cannot receive any calls .… as is still going through the EE network before being routed to 3 network.

 

Very bullshit system to be honest. Because of EE im impacted.... awful.

Hi all.

Is this still happening with anyone here? 

I started to have this problem while having an important call with my doctor today. Luckily the doctor called back each time. 

I thought it was due to my bluetooth headphones, PC phone link or even the phone (One Plus 9 Pro) but then I found this chat. 

I noticed in the past that calls I make would sometimes either not connect or cut after a longer period and I chalked this down to my phone. 

I moved from SMARTY to ID Mobile December last year for their better data offers (plus other things), but if this is a recurring problem, I will seriously consider leaving.

Calls are not going through for me just get call ended, contacted ID chat and they said that it could be my esim and they would send out a physical sim which I said no to as it's not the sim so instead they sent me a new esim, same problem. I hope they will compensate their customers.

Hey there @all above, we’re very sorry to hear that. Last week on the date you posted this, there was an issue with EE and Vodaphone, which caused disruption, and stopped users being able to call and receive calls from anyone on those networks. This furthermore had a further impact on other networks, but has since been resolved from last Friday.

 

This issue was with EE and something out of our control, and we sincerely apologise for the issues caused.

 

If you’re still having issues now, please do let us know.
