Why have you added a 55p charge for mmm. I don’t use this type of messaging. Please refund

We're sorry for any confusion regarding the 55p charge.

 

MMS stands for Multimedia Messaging Service and is used when sending messages that contain content such as pictures, videos, audio files, group messages, contact cards, emojis in certain formats, or longer messages that are automatically converted by the handset from a standard SMS to an MMS.

We would not apply a charge for an MMS unless the network recorded the message being sent.
