    Hi @Kaus ,

Thanks for getting in touch. I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this, especially with your phone showing “not registered on network” and the internet being so slow. I can imagine how frustrating it must be when you’re trying to use your phone and it’s not working properly.

Let’s try a few simple things together that often help refresh the connection:

    Quick fixes to try:

    • Restart your phone
    • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30–60 seconds, then switch it off again
    • Go to Settings → Mobile Networks → Network Selection → set to Automatic
    • If you can, take the SIM out and put it back in
    • Make sure mobile data is switched on
    • Try a quick network settings reset if the issue continues

If it still says “not registered on network”:

    • Try manually selecting the network (iD/Three)
    • Check if there may be any local network issues in your area
    • If possible, test the SIM in another phone just to rule out a device issue

I’m really sorry again for the trouble this is causing you.
