intuit sms not coming through

I cannot receive SMS verification/OTP messages from Intuit QuickBooks. Intuit confirms the verification short codes are 88811 and 97962. Normal SMS works. Premium Services are enabled and my bill cap is £75. Can you check whether short-code/A2P SMS from 88811 and 97962 is being blocked or incorrectly routed to my number?

Hi,

this is the same for me since yesterday, no verification code coming through or verification phone call.
none of them numbers are blocked too on my phone, and normal sms is working. I saw someone else put no one on three cant receive them?
please can this be looked into asap, i need to get onto my quickbooks account for my tax!

I know it’s not an issue with QuickBooks because i changed the phone number to someone else’s who’s on a difference carrier and the SMS came through straight away

Thank you! I will do this tonight if it still isn’t working as i desperately need to log on, did you do it through the ID verification number change? I did that last night but to my number again in case for some reason the number had changed on their system, but i will do it to my Husbands this evening if no luck with ID.

@idmobile please advise and look into.

Just thought id let you know i rang quick books on

0808 168 9533 When the voice over said what can we help you with i kept saying “ speak to someone “ they put me through and the man within seconds allowed me to get the text code through!
