I have an ID Sim-only plan and am trying to use it in an iPhone 16 Pro. The SIM is accepted by the phone and it says ‘4G’. However I cannot make calls or send texts and I cannot access the internet. I can, however, receive calls and texts. The same handset works fine on a vodafone SIM I have and I have also tried the ID SIM in another iphone (a 13 Pro) and it does not work in that either. (both of the iphones are on the approved list of ID Mobile).
