Question

Iphone 16 won’t receive calls

My iPhone 16 won’t receive calls and hasn’t done for at least a month. I have tried everything recommended on the live chat - reset the network settings, checked for focus / do not disturb / call forwarding settings. Nothing works. I am missing important calls from the doctor, my children's nursery etc. I have a an esim so can’t change the sim. Please advise what to do as it is unacceptable to be paying for a phone that can’t receive calls and I’m particularly frustrated there’s no phone number you can call to resolve this.

    Hi @Cmbc

Here are a couple of suggestions I have found doing a quick internet search…..

There is a suggestion that if you turn off the Wi-fi connection this helps (if your phone is running iOS 18.3).

If divert of all calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls on your phone.
    To turn this off……

    Select the ‘Phone calls’ icon
    Press the ‘Keypad’ icon
Key in ##002# and press ‘call’
    Press ‘Dismiss’

If you need a replacement eSIM then you can find the details here:-

    Good luck x
