I’m wanting to upgrade my phone to the iphone 17 pro max but i can’t do either an upgrade or just purchase the phone through ID but my partner can? Why can they find it but i can’t through

Hi Gemma,

Thank you for the information, is there no way i can just buy it on contract or would that have to go through the sales team as you mentioned

You can either purchase the handset outright at the full cash price, or you can take out a new contract for the device.

Please bear in mind that taking out a new contract would give you a new mobile number and would be separate from your existing contract.
