My daughter has an iPhone 17 pro through yourselves for her contract, however the phones battery went completely down and now it won’t charge back up?

Thanks for getting in touch — I’m really sorry to hear your daughter’s iPhone isn’t charging, I understand how worrying that must be.
 

Please try these quick steps:

• Try a different charging cable and plug (if possible)
• Leave the phone on charge for at least 30–60 minutes without interruption
• Force restart the iPhone (if responsive):

Press and quickly release Volume Up
Press and quickly release Volume Down
Hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears
• Check the charging port for any dust or debris and gently clean it if needed
• Try charging from a different power source (wall socket rather than laptop/USB)


If there’s still no response after trying the above, it may need further technical or warranty support and we can guide you on the next steps.
