I recently switched from an Android device to an iPhone and am trying to transfer my eSIM to my new phone. However, I have attempted the eSIM replacement process several times and have not received the confirmation email.
I have checked my inbox as well as my junk/spam folders, but the email has not come through.
Could you please advise who I should contact or help me resolve this issue? I would appreciate your guidance on how to complete the eSIM transfer successfully.
