As you've had the device for less than a week, we'd recommend taking it to your nearest Currys store so they can inspect the handset and determine whether it's behaving as expected or if there's a fault.

If Currys confirms that the device is faulty and it can't be repaired, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat. They'll be able to review the outcome and, where appropriate, arrange an exchange for you.
