ive inserted my new chip, now my phone wont allow me to male phone calls. i cam only call using WhatsApp

My service went live today and I am unable to make phone calls or access voicemail unless over WhatsApp on

    Are your other services, such as texts and mobile data, working correctly?

    Have you also tested the SIM card in a different device to check whether it works normally there or if it shows the same issue?
