I’ve lost my SIM card and need a replacement asap

Thank you for letting us know. We can arrange a replacement SIM for you right away. Here are your options:

-Order by post: We’ll send a new SIM to your registered address via Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 2 working days.
-Collect in-store: For immediate access, you can visit your nearest Currys store and pick up a SIM free of charge. Please take a valid proof of ID with you.

Once you have the new SIM, please get in touch via our Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community or you can email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk and outline the details of your query, we would love the opportunity to put things right.
