i’ve paid my bill and my data isn’t working and my calls aren’t going through

We're sorry to hear that your data and calls are not working despite your bill having been paid.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your handset
  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 60 seconds, then switch it off
  • Check that Mobile Data is enabled
  • Ensure there are no bars on your handset showing "No Service" or "Emergency Calls Only"
  • Remove and reinsert the SIM card if you have a physical SIM
  • Check for any available software updates on your handset
  • Manually connect to the network:
    • Go to Settings
    • Select Mobile Network/Connections
    • Turn Automatic Network Selection off
    • Select an available network manually
    • Then switch Automatic Network Selection back on
  • If possible, test the SIM in another handset
