Ive received my new ohone and the sim card is missing

i’ve received my new phone and the sim card is missing

    Hi there ​@stacey.160185, the SIM card and device are sent separately. Physical SIM cards are sent within 3-5 working days.

     

    When did you order, and when did you receive the device?
