Please note that to retain your current mobile number, you will need to upgrade the plan that is linked to that number.

If you are moving to or from another network provider, you’ll need to request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code). This allows you to transfer and keep your existing number when switching networks.

I am out of contract with my mobile and ordered a new phone and wish to keep my ID mobile number . I have received a new phone from you today how do I keep the number and not pay for two phones
