keep my old number

I recently joined ID mobile I’ve downloaded the eSIM and it is now working along side my old sim I want to be able to cancel my old one and just use ID mobile but my old phone number hasn’t transferred over to my new ID mobile sim even though when I joined I entered the pac code on the ID mobile website to do this please can you help me change my ID mobile number to my current number from my other sim

    To check what’s happening with your number transfer, we’ll need to review your account and the progress of the PAC request. Please contact us directly via Live Chat here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

     

    Once the transfer is complete, you’ll be able to stop using and remove your old SIM.

     

    Our team will be able to check this for you and make sure everything is progressing as it should.
