keep my old number

I recently joined ID mobile I’ve downloaded the eSIM and it is now working along side my old sim I want to be able to cancel my old one and just use ID mobile but my old phone number hasn’t transferred over to my new ID mobile sim even though when I joined I entered the pac code on the ID mobile website to do this please can you help me change my ID mobile number to my current number from my other sim

I’ve transferred x4 sims over to ID and only one sim has crossed over. I’m not a happy chappy!
