Keeping an old number.

Dear Madam/Sir

I have just signed a contract with ID Mobile and received a new number. I do not understand this.     I wanted to stay on the old number. If you do not change this, I will cancel the contract

To move your existing number over to your new iD Mobile SIM only plan, you would first need to request a PAC code from your previous network provider. Once they provide this, your old contract will usually automatically cancel once the number transfer completes successfully.

 

After receiving the PAC code, please contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can process the number transfer onto your new iD Mobile SIM. You can contact the team here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

 

Once connected, simply explain your request and an advisor will assist you further.
