keeping my old number

I have already had this conversation, however it was sorted but now I have got a message saying that my old number is going to expire in four days, however I have already spoken about this to you guys as I was having the same issues when I first got my ID mobile Sim I would like to keep my old number with the Sim like I’ve already said so please could you do that. thank you. this is a screenshot of the message that I have just received.

For your security, we'd recommend never sharing personal account information on a public forum, such as PAC codes, account numbers or other account-specific details.

 

From the screenshot, this appears to be an Apple iMessage/FaceTime issue rather than something on the iD Mobile network.

 

We'd recommend trying the following:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Messages > iMessage and turn iMessage off, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on.
  • Do the same for Settings > Apps > FaceTime.
  • Restart your iPhone.
  • Ensure your phone is running the latest version of iOS.

 

If the number is still showing as registered after trying the above, we'd recommend contacting Apple Support, as iD Mobile can't remove or manage numbers registered with iMessage or FaceTime.
