Keeping old number not working

Hello, I recently received my new ID sim. I wanted to keep my old number from GiffGaff however every time I go onto the app or use the weblink the app either crashes and goes back to my phones menus or the calendar date to select what date o want the switch from is unelectable. Please, please can someone help me. I have the PAC code and a to action code etc. I have even tried it on incognito on the browser and that doesn’t work.

Good morning

cannot active a pac number switch, looking for tech support and found this question from two months ago

 

this is exactly what I am experiencing 

, I need to activate switching my number asap as my my office has phone activated access in my old number!

Sorry, this is disappointing

clearly there are software glitches both in the app and the website coding which appears to have existed for a period of time

in good faith I have taken out a contract with you guys and I really do need resolution, how long does it take for your moderators to review my text when instead your tech support should be supplying a solution?
