lost phone and trying to log in

My phone was stolen on a night out and I need to pay my phone off but it’s not letting me log into my account without verification of the number on the phone thay was stolen. What do I do and how can I find a way to log in to I can pay my phone bill.

I’m really sorry to hear your phone was stolen that’s a stressful situation, especially when you’re trying to access your account. I’ll help you get this sorted.
 

Since you can’t receive the verification code, here are a few options:

-Try logging in via email/password
-Use the website instead of the app and select “Forgot password” to reset your login without needing your number.

-Get a replacement SIM (same number)
This is the quickest way to regain access. Once the SIM is activated in another device, you’ll be able to receive verification codes again.

-Contact us for manual support
You can call 0800 049 1300 (or use another phone) and we can verify your account with security questions instead.

-Make a payment without logging in
You can also call our automated payment line on +44 333 003 0001 to pay your bill directly.
 

Once you regain access, we can also help make sure your device is fully blocked/blacklisted if needed.
