    Is this a physical SIM? If so, you can locate the 19-digit number on the SIM card holder or back of the card.

    If not, then your best option is to contact an advisor via Live Chat  to discuss this (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) :-

    When you contact the Live Chat :-
